Outlook Web Access could not find a mailbox for S-1-5-21-1078081533-790525478-1801674531-17962. If the problem continues, contact technical support for your organization and tell them the following: The mailbox may be stored on a Microsoft Exchange 2000
or Microsoft Exchange 2003 server, or the Active Directory user account was created recently and has not yet replicated to the Active Directory site where this
Client Access server is hosted
it happened when i deleted the users mailbox and recreated .Then i checked the SID ,its differnet than i mentioned above (after i checked the users sid its different than mentioned ( S-1-5-21-1078081533-790525478-1801674531-17964)

Can you tell me the version of your exchange and windows server system?
Can you try to connect to mailbox by outlook?
It is very useful to help you to solve the issue.
