Outlook Web Access 2010 not Prompting For Logon
We have desktop systems that logon on using local generic accounts but have multiple users signing into unique Outlook accounts using OWA for 2010. Unless we completely close Internet Explorer, the system does not prompt for credentials when launching OWA. This allows other users to see someone else's email. We have just migrated users from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. This worked fine in 2003 as users were brought to the login screen when signing out. Any help will be appreciated.

Another option would be to enable forms based authentication. Then every user will get the web page login screen. Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources | In the UK? Hire Me.

Agree with Simon and you should enable FBA for Outlook Web App. For more information, please refer to the following article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123719.aspx Thanks.
