Outlook Web Access 2007 Mail notification/forwarding
Is there a way to notify a user at another email address that they have mail on their Outlook Web Access account? I really only need something that sends a generic message to an individual stating that they have mail. I have searched all over the internet and have been unable to find anything that performs this type of notification. Just to reiterate the OWA user would recieve an email message and an automatic email would be sent to user@something.com with a subject and body stating they have a new mail message at the OWA account. I need this due to HIPAA and SAS policies that are in place and we want to keep all email in house. Does anyone know of anything like this??Thanks in advance,Nick

Hi Nick, I am afraid that we only method to forward new messages to external account. Nevertheless, we do not have a simple method to just send a notification email to external account. You may need to write a transport agent to send out the notification.
