Outlook Signatures appears at the bottom of the whole email

Hi

When I send a mail, my signature appears at the bottom of my mail, which is correct. But when I reply to someone, my signature appears at the bottom of the whole conversation for example:

1. My message

2. the previous messages

3. and then my signature

Where it's supposed to be:

1. My message with my signature underneath

2. And then the previous messages

Can you please let me know how to fix this?

Kind Regards

Hendrik

Hi,

Do you use a custom message form when replying?

How did you create the signature? Did you create it in Outlook signature editor? Does this issue happen with all signatures you created?

If this issue only happen with certain signature, please try delete the signature and recreate it again to see the result.

We can also check if this issue exists in Outlook safe mode. Press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /safe and press Enter.

Hi

We created the signatures on the companies exchange server for employees.

Kind regards

Hello,

You should try the given below steps to fix this issue:

  • Open MS Outlook >> File Tab >> Option >> Mail >> Click on Signature (at right pane).

  • After Clicking on Signature, a new window will appear (as I shown in Screenshot). Under E-mail Signature tab >> Go to Replies/forwards & Replace your signature in place of none from the scroll down list.

I hope this information will resolve your issue and you can add signature as you mentioned in your thread.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Clark

That is for individual outlook setup. That is not what I am trying to do. We are pushing the signatures for all the employees through the exchange server, not on outlook itself.

Kind Regards

Hendrik

Are you using a 3rd party program or native Exchange features?
