Outlook Search issue

Exchange 2013, Outlook 2013, Windows 8.1, online-mode

One user can't do outlook search for mail items after migration into 2013, that's not shown in the list

Index contents on DB which stores the mailbox is healthy. Other users are ok.

What should I check the user's mailbox or the DB...

Can he search mails via OWA successfully?

If OWA works fine, you need to check the local desktop index settings.

It's failed from OWA.

Users are accessed by Online mode, and several users are facing same issue.

Exactly I saw that content index status is failed and 4, 5 on some DBs although it's now healthy

after migration into Exchange 2013 due to load someting.

Is there any solution?

Hello,

Try moving the problematic user to another mailbox database and this will fix certain index issue

I found noderunners process is high for each servers, is there possiblity to cause the issue?

I think that impacted users is not same, and random.

Yes, its possible. If the issue occurs on random users, you need to firstly fix the performance issue. Can you list the problematic processes here and also check the application log and paste the relevant error message.
