Outlook Reply changes recipient alias to native address

I have my address, Myname@MyDomain.com    Then I have an additional alias for that address, support@MyDomain.com.

For users in my domain, they may get an email with a return address of support@MyDomain.com.  When they hit reply, their copy of Outlook 2013 changes that address from Support@MyDomain.com to Myname@MyDomain.com.

This is not acceptable behavior.  If the reply to: is support, I want it to reply to support.  I have rules that are useless, because Outlook doesn't reply to the reply to: address.

How can I fix this behavior?
