Outlook Reminder Refresh Interval

Hello,

When the outlook reminder pops up, the Due in time can sometimes fall behind the actual system time until it refreshes (see below).

Does anyone know:

1. If my assumption is correct that there is a refresh interval for the reminder window and that's why we see this discrepancy?

2. What the refresh interval is and if it can be changed?

Thanks!

Hi,

Please make sure the date and time settings on your computer are incorrect, since Outlook uses the date and time settings that are specified in your System Preferences to calculate when to display reminders.

Then we can start Outlook with the switch "/cleanreminders":

Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /cleanreminders" in the Run dialog, press Enter.

This switch will clear and regenerate reminders, check if the problem persists.
