Outlook Public Folders custom permissions?
So we have a little dilemma at my company. We have our users that regularly use our Public Folders in Outlook to share important emails, which are all categorized by our different clients' names. Bascially, we have a public folder for each client (for example, Company1, Company2, Company3, etc.) which adds up to be easily over 30 or so different public folders. The problem that we're having is that users are accidently dragging one company's Public Folder into another company's Public Folder, therefore creating a copy of the folder and the emails inside of it. This causes an obvious break down in our communication because things get moved and people aren't being notified of issues. The users need to be able to move emails in and out of these folders, but don't need rights to be able to create copies of folders. So pretty much they need to be do whatever they need to with the emails, but can't do anything with the actual folders themselves (if that makes any sense). As of now, everyone has Publishing Editor permissions. What would the correct permissions be to allow this? Is there a way to create a custom permission? I have a feeling I may be overlooking something extremely easy, but need an outside view to get this running the most efficient way possible.
