I am Rafsan Sadman work as IT Support Officer at banglalinkgsm.com. Couple of months ago I need to use "Recover Delete Items" in outlook 2010 to recover some mails from December 2014. But I didn't get them. From this time my mailbox seems to be 300MB full in 350MB. As a result I have to use only 50MB.  For this reason I need to archive mails 2 or 3 times in a month which disappoint me.  I can't identify which mails take my 300MB spaces. I need to delete them. How can I fix this problem. I have tried mail archiving but it's not working. Please help me out from this kind of problem.

Hi,

To find the large emails, please try the steps below:

In Outlook 2010, go to File -> Info -> Cleanup Tools -> Mailbox Cleanup -> We can set "Find items larger than x kilobytes, then click "Find" to find all the emails that meet the criteria, delete them based on your needs:

By the way, the AutoArchive will be helpful if you need to clean up the mailbox regularly but don't want to lose important data.
