Outlook Password Prompt.

I have recently migrated from exchange 2007 to 2013 SP1.

Users can login into OWA with no problems. Upon opening outlook (2010 SP2) there is a logon prompt.

It doesn't seem to accept the password. I can enter in the domain password and it just continues to prompt.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Are you facing the situation for Outlook anywhere? Test the configuration using, www.testconnectivity.microsoft.com and see what's wrong.

There can be different reasons like authentication issue, SSL certificate et. Have you also tried to login like domain\username ?

Hi,

How about repair Outlook profile or re-configure a profile for testing?

If you have something wrong with you Outlook which always pop-up to login,  please try to re-configure your Outlook profile or open Control Panel\User Accounts\Credential Manager in problematic computer, then clear the remains credential and try again.

If this issue persists, please run Get-MailboxDatabase | FL Identity,*RPC* to check the value for RpcClientAccessServer.

Besides, please refer to below belog to confirm the steps for migrating Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013:
