Outlook Mouseover Irritation
This may be because I don't know how to correctly describe the problem but I am very irritated that when I am using Outlook and have an email window open on top of the main Outlook window and my mouse pointer goes over the top ribbon of the main window the email is sent to the background and the main outlook window is on top. I do not have to click the window just move the mouse to the top of the page. Can I disable the automatic focus and require a mouse click to change the focus as with all other windows?

Hi,

Would you please clarify the detailed steps to reproduce the issue? Try describing using Step 1, Step2, etc. If necessary, please provide some screenshots to help us understand the issue.

Step 1: Open a new email or reply to an old email. Step 2: Move mouse pointer off email window and over the ribbon on the main outlook window. That's all, email disappears and the Main Outlok window comes to the top. You can left click the email to bring it back to the top.
