Outlook Mobile Access causes Information Store to crash
I've got an issue that's become a real thorn in my side and I'm anxious for help. My setup is Server 2003 with Exchange 2003, with SSL, forms based OWA, and all updates/patches installed. When I try to connect a Windows Mobile 5.0 device to Outlook Mobile Access, I'll usually get it to sync successfully 1-3 times, then the store.exe process will run up to 575Mb and terminate with event 7031 in the system logs. 1. I've followed multiple suggestions for importing the private SSL cert onto the mobile device, but it just won't install. I end up connecting without SSL. 2. I'm 99% sure that priv.edb had been corrupted since isinteg failed against it, so I exmerged everything to pst files and recreated the priv.edb file. Now, isinteg runs fine. 3. Created a new mailbox store with a different name and moved all users to that store; same results. 4. There is one odd behaviorthat users see while using OWA and I think it may be related. If a reminder pops up in OWA, users can snooze or open the items, but hitting dismiss only causes the item to be removed from the list and then it reappears the next time the user logs in. And occasionally, hitting dismiss will cause the store to fail, too. The only way to permanently dismiss reminders is through native Outlook.I've got similar configs (SSL, OMA, OWA, forms, etc.)running successfullyon other clients' servers, so I'm not sure why this one is different.I'm almost at the point ofexmerging the mailboxes and uninstalling/reinstalling Exchange from scratch, so any and all suggestions are appreciated.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/883380 The above worked. Living without SSL and forms for now, just happy I've got no more crashing issues....
