Outlook Meeting Requests showing up as wrong date and time.
I have computer user that whenthey create a meeting request for a particular day, when the othersreceive the meeting, it is showing the current day with a random time and not the actual time of the meeting requested. We are running exchange 2003 and outlook 2003. Any ideas of what might be happening and how to fix? Vaughn McIntire

Hi Vaughn, Would you please explain the issue more detailed? 1. Whether the issue only occurs on a particular user or computer when he sent the Meeting Request 2. Whether the issue still occurs if the user use OWA to send Meeting Request 3. In the Send Item folder, whether the time is correct in the meeting request. In addition, I suggest you attempt the following method to troubleshoot the issue: On Client Computer: 1. Right click on clock in the task bar 2. Go to Internet Time 3. Change server to reflect "time.windows.com" 4. Click "Apply" Mike

I have a whole organization with this problem. We are using Exchange 2003 with mixed outlook 2003 and 07 clients. Some use OWA, some don't. this trouble started after Feb. 15. If I make a meeting request using OWA, I can guarantee it will mess up the time on the recipients end. When the meeting is received it is as the current day and rounds up to the nearest quarter hour. It can't find a pattern or consistency except with OWA. It is the only way I can reproduce it for sure. ~Froto~

I had a similar problem with calendaring, but it wasover a year ago. It was fixed after I applied the Daylight Savings Time update patch.
