Outlook Meeting Descriptions Not Showing Up

Hello,

We are using Office 365 and we created the Meeting Rooms and users have owner permission.

When we create a meeting request and enter the time date and invitees. Along with the description.

Once the meeting request has been sent, we open the calendar invite and the description is blank.

We are copying and pasting and it's causing double the work. Do you guys know any fix for this issue? It seems to be for all users and they have appropriate permissions.

Also, we created the calendar invite through OWA and that says that it's not on the Outlook side? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

What does "it's not on the Outlook side" mean?

Does this issue happen on the meeting organizer side or the meeting attendee side? If this happens on the attendee side, then what mail client does the attendee use?

"We are copying and pasting and it's causing double the work." -- What did you copy and paste? Do you mean that you need to copy and paste the meeting description and then send the invite again?

Please provide more information so that we can fix the issue more efficiently.
