Is there any product limitation in Mail Tips options is not visible in outlook 2013 on window 8.1 platform.

Mail Tips option is not appearing in Outlook File > Option > Mail.

Same facilicity is enabled form exchanged server end and I have checked Auto discover file is working properly

Product description - Microsoft Outlook 2013 (15.0.4569.1503) MSO (15.0.4569.1506) 32 Bit & 64 Bit.

Does MailTips work properly in Outlook Web App? If so, the issue is more likely related to Autodiscover. Please check if the EWS URL provided by Autodiscover is correct. If not, Outlook will not be able to contact the MailTips web service.

In addition, MailTips caches data at many levels (on the server and on clients) to keep the end-user experience quick and responsive.  Sometimes the only thing that's wrong is that a cache has yet to be updated. Restarting clients (like Outlook or OWA) and sometimes services (like IIS) can assist in troubleshooting.

Since the MailTips are controlled in the server side, we can do limited things on Outlook side to troubleshoot the issue. I'd recommend you post a new question in the Exchange forum for further assistance:

As per the information and details provided by you, to solve the issue of MailTip in Outlook 2013, please follow these steps: -

• MailTips are not supported when working in Offline mode in Outlook.

• When a message is addressed to a distribution group, the MailTips for individual recipients that are members of that distribution group are not evaluated. However, if any of the members is an external recipient, the External Recipients MailTip is displayed, which shows the sender number of external recipients in the distribution group.

• If the message is addressed to more than 200 recipients, individual mailbox MailTips is not evaluated due to performance reasons.

•  Custom MailTips are limited to 175 characters.

• If the sender starts composing a message and leave it open for an extended period of time, the Automatic Replies and Mailbox Full MailTips are evaluated every two hours.

You can use shell to enable or disable MailTips

MailTips are enabled by default when you install a new Exchange organization.

Set-OrganizationConfig -MailTipsAllTipsEnabled $true

I have already followed the above procedure but could not find the resolution.

In the web mail, mail tip is working but it is not working in outlook client.

Also mail tip option is not appearing in Outlook > File > Option > Mail.
