Outlook LDAP Sync

Hi,

I am not able to retrieve the General information(Phone No) of my LDAP user into my outlook account.

 Please see the Screenshot attached

Hi,

Are you in an intranet environment or an external environment?

Can you see the general information of the LDAP user from within OWA?

If this issue only happens in an intranet environment, please try re-creating the Edge Subscription to see the result.

Does this issue happen to all users in your environment? If so, it's more likely a server side issue. I'd recommend you post a new question in the Exchange forum for further assistance:
