Outlook Integrity verification
Please Why do I always get the prompt for integrity verification when i launch my outlook

Hi,

Which type of email account are you using? POP3, IMAP or Exchange?

Do you have any PST-file attached to your mail profile? If so, please try closing those PST-files and then check if this issue continues. To do this, go to Control Panel > Mail > Show profiles, double click the profile you are using, click Data Files button. If the problem would be gone in this situation, please try using the Inbox Repair Tool to scan and repair the PST-files you just closed and then open them again to see the result. In addition, this error may also happen if your Outlook data file is exceeding the file size limit. If it's an OST file, please try the steps below to see the result:

1. Delete all unnecessary items in your mailbox and then delete them from your Deleted Items folder.

2. Archive old items to a local PST file. See: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2720581

3. Compact the OST file. Click the File tab > Account Settings > Account Settings. Click the Data Files tab, select the data file that you want to compact, and then click Settings. Click Compact Now.
