OL 2010 64 bit on Windows 7 (all fully current)

SOCIALCONNECTOR.DLL Ver. 14.0.7151.5000

I installed this and it only synced 886 of 1246 contacts.  Sync log is incomprehensible. Tried modifying some of those that had not sycned (updated master category list), but they still didn't sync.  What do I do now?

There is also one thing to notice, not all the contacts on Outlook.com will be synced to Outlook via the Hotmail Connector. For example we can link other services to Outlook.com, like Facebook and LinkedIn. These contacts from Facebook and LinkedIn will be available on the People section of Outlook.com, but they will not be synced to Outlook.
