Outlook Drops RPC Error ASP Error Event code: 3001

Been having random outlook drops on of the mailbox servers when I checked the logs I noticed the RPC service was throwing an errors stopping and restarting so I added this to the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\MinimumConnectionTimeout DWORD value 120

that seems to have resolved the RPC service from stopping / erroring out  / restarting but I keep getting the below error randomly which coincides with an outlook drop and reconnect for users:

From the result, it is timeout error.

You can try to modify aps.net.

No I ended up standing up another server and the issue didn't resurface which I found very odd .. but could have just been a bad install of a pre-requisite or something ..
