I have just recently installed the Outlook Connector for Outlook 2007 to sync with my existing hotmail account. My hotmail account is not xxxxx@hotmail.com, it's a private domain name setup using Windows Live. The problem is that when users respond to my emails, in Outlook any user who is CC'd on the email is CC'd twice instead of just once. The email looks OK when I view it in Hotmail, it only duplicates the CC'd users when I view the email in Outlook. Any suggestions here? Thanks, Daniel

Hi Daniel, As you mentioned it's OK in hotmail web access, the issue can be caused by Outlook or Outlook connector. I suggest installing the latest updates of Outlook and clear all rules in Outlook to test the issue again. Disabling all the rules in Outlook ========================== 1. Open outlook, select tools, rules and alerts. 2. Uncheck all rules in the list and click OK.
