Hello.  I have an odd problem I cant find online.  My outlook 2010 is not indexing on my Windows 7 x64 Computer.  It is also not even listed as an option under Indexed Locations.  I have tried uninstalling office, repairing etc. but the problem still exists.  I havent found anything about this online.  Does anyone have any ideas?  (Please see screenshots)  Thanks

It seems to be an Office programs or Windows search issue.

You can try repairing the Office first.

If it doesn't work, follow the steps below to reinstall the Windows Search feature:

• Control Panel-> Programs and Features-> Turn Windows features on or off
• Deselect: Windows Search
• Press OK and wait until the installer is finished.
• Reboot your computer.
• Repeat the above steps to enable it again.

Okay I did as requested and after re-installing and rebooting etc, I still dont even have Outlook as an option to index.

Encountered the exact same problem and here's how I solved it (credit to this post)

• Exit all office applications (especially Outlook)
  
• Control Panel -> add/remove programs
  
• Right-Click Microsoft Office 2013 and select Change (or select it at the top toolbar)
• Select Repair and follow the instructions
• Restart your computer and Outlook should appear in your indexed locations

Tried this on Office 2010, issue still persists. Does anyone have any further ideas? Even google is coming up short of answers.
