Outlook Calendars Appointments not showing in OWA
I have Exchange 2003 with SP2. I have one user where certian calendar appointments (outlook 2007) that will not show up in their OWA.
I can not seem to find a reason for this...It appears to only be happening to one user.
I am getting this error in our event log
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Server ActiveSync
Event Category: None
Event ID: 3005
Date: 3/7/2011
Time: 12:55:08 PM
User: xxxxx\xxxxxxxx
Computer: EXCHANGE
Description:
Unexpected Exchange mailbox Server error: Server: [exchange.xxxxx.local] User: [xxxxxxx@xxx.org] HTTP status code: [500]. Verify that the Exchange mailbox Server is working correctly.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
So right now I see the appointment in their Outlook but it is not showing in OWA. I tried changing the workstation from Cached Mode to Uncached mode, the result is the same.
Any suggestions?

Hi Phill,
If you are using cache mode, I suggest you change to online mode, create a
new calendar appointment in Outlook, then check whether it can be shown in OWA.
The error you got in event log(about Activesync) is very common, I suggest you run Exbpa to get more information.
