We have a new server SBS 2008, and we are new to Windows 7 and Office 2010. We never archived in the past. I have a mailbox of 9 gigs. I set up auto archiving. The e-mails COPIED to the archive folders, but did not MOVE - so the e-mail box of 9 gigs remains the same. Is there a fix for this?

Asking your question in a forum that deals with Outlook of MS Office would be an appropriate place.
