Hi Mike, Before do anything, Did you run ExRCA to see if you see any error related with active sync mailbox;s. https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ More Info : http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2009/03/25/450908.aspx If ExRCA is workinmg finr the check that the ExternalURL on the ActiveSync virtual directory in Exchnage 2010 is define. What about if you check with other device like android ?. there is some knoen issue also been see with iPhone softeware, So you may talk with them if it works for other model.Anil MCC 2011,ITIL V3,MCSA 2003,MCTS 2010, My Blog : http://messagingschool.wordpress.com

Hi all, I have Outlook anywhere working perfectly using my usual URL on a new Ex 2010 system with a SAN cert. For the life of me, I can't work out why the iPhones aren't seeing the right server.... continual server not found when I move the accounts from Ex2007 to Ex2010. The Ex2007 accounts with iPhones still work.... I don't get why all of the Outlook Anywhere clients are working as I was under the impression it used the same technology. Can anyone shed some light on this? Of course, all the top execs have iPhones....... TIA Mike

Hi, From the problem description, I understand that your IPhones were unable to synchronize with Exchange server after moving the accounts from Ex2k7 to Ex2k10. Based on the current situation, there are some questions listed below: · How many users are affected? All users or some specific users? · Whether only IPhones are unable to connect to the Exchange server or not? · What’s the detailed error message you received on your IPhone? At the same time, I understand that the environment in your organization is Ex2k7 and Ex2k10 mixed environment. Please enter the URL: https://localhost/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync in your IE browser on your Exchange server 2010 to verify the error code you received. Thx, James Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi all, the problem was that the External URL on the CAS hadn't been set in Activesync. All working now. Thanks for your help. Mike
