Outlook Adding Random/Encryption Characters to Autocomplete Email Addresses - Webex Alt Host Issue

We are having a major issue where Webex schedulers are not often not able to add alternate hosts for Webex meetings. We have found a usual part of this problem is that Outlook (2007) seems to autocomplete email addresses and adding in characters which makes the Outlook Webex add-in not see other email addresses as viable hosts. Email address *not* on our domain *do* show up as alternate host options. We have turned off the autocorrect feature, but onBlur replaces the email address with what it'd normally look like if it was autocompleted (i.e. email_address@domain.com becomes [E. Address] ).

When the user goes to the Alternate Host section, no @ourdomain addresses show up, but places like Gmail, Yahoo, etc. do.

This happens even when typing in a full email address or pasting from plain text.

It does not happen consistently, although rebooting Outlook *sometimes* fixes the problem.

This is becoming a big issue for our administrative staff who schedule meetings with multiple hosts.

Hi,

This seems to be an issue on the specific add-in side, or you might want to turn Autocomplete off:

On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Preferences tab, click E-mail Options, and then click Advanced E-mail Options.
clear the Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields check box
