#1 - Outlook has no limit either in terms of Contact Group (distribution List) size or number of recipients

BUT

#2 - There is a finite limit to how much data you can stuff in a To/Cc?Bcc field (don't remember anymore just how much text can be handled)

AND

#3 - Your email provider may also limit the number of recipients you can send to at one time
