Outlook 2016 for Mac, categories not syncing across devices for same account with Office 365 Exchange account
Everything I'm reading says the categories should sync automatically across accounts with 2016. My main desktop works fine but on my laptop in the same account, I can see the category on the existing contact but I can't utilize the master list or add a category to a new contact. When I try to choose the Category drop down, it shows "edit categories" instead of the list to choose from. Totally perplexed here, when I got to the edit categories they look right in there but I can't "choose" them. Can anyone help me get going in the right direction? Thanks in advance, LB
