Outlook 2013 won't open after Windows 10 install

After installing Windows 10 I cannot open Outlook 2013. Among other things, the prompt states that I do not have permission to open outlook files. I have tried copying in pst files, creating a new outlook profile, nothing works.

I just get a box that opens that says Microsoft outlook has stopped working.

What can I do to fix?

My husband is having the same problem. The Outlook PST files files referred to are under "Network". Not sure what they are doing there. Should they be moved somewhere? The folder name is "email address@cable.com.pst/users/name/Outlook/"

Ignoring absolutely everything else - PST files are not supported on network drives so they certainly should be moved to a local drive to get that out of the way as any kind of potential issue with Win10. Once that's done - then can pursue any Win10 related issues.
