Hi,
Thank you for your update.
Ive noticed that issue in TechNet forum, but most of them described issues within Office 2010. I have tested in my Outlook 2013 and everything seems worked fine.
Whats the brand of model of your printer? Does the printer connect using local USB or network?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps to help us narrow down the cause:
1. Temporarily turn off you firewall/security programs to check the result.
2. Try printing the email message in OWA to check the result.
3. Open your Outlook and go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Automatic Download, and clear the check box before Permit downloads in e-mail messages from senders and to recipients defined in the safe senders and recipients
list used by the junk e-mail filters, restart Outlook and then print the message again to check the result.
4. Perform a windows clean boot to troubleshoot the issue.

Please feel free to post back and let me know the result.
