Outlook 2013 stuck in offline
Windows 10 upgrade caused Outlook to stop sending mail, although the test email in account settings works just fine. After tech support via chat it still does not work and is now stuck in work offline mode, although I can receive emails in this mode. The account has a pop3 server, Lync is not active, IE is not in offline mode. Any more suggestions?

I completed the upgrade 2 hours ago and now have the identical problem with Outlook 2013.

Hello,

On which Outlook Version are you working?

You should try these steps once:

  •  Click on Search bar >> Type cmd >> Right Click on Command Prompt >> Click on Run as administrator from the drag down list.
  • Type sfc<space>/scannow and hit on enter button. This process will take some time.
  • Now, Restart your Computer.
