Hi Support,

We are using outlook 2013 as an POP account.When we are sending an email,square box symbol is appearing in front of all the email id's.

Earlier it will not show the square box symbol for any of the email id's.

I don't know why it is showing now the square box symbol in all of the email id's. when we selecting the different  email id,it is showing square box symbol.

Please let me know how to remove the square box symbol in outlook 2013.

Hi,

From the screenshot, the square box symbol is the online status of the person. If you are using Microsoft Lync, you will see the square box symbol shows in different color standing for different free/busy statuses, such as Green standing for Available.

If you want to turn off the Online Status, we can go to File > Options > People, and then uncheck the "Display online status next to name". Click OK.
