There's a difference between "is slow" and "not working".

Suggest you run OffCat on your system to see what issues are reported and follow suggested to correct them

Clark,

My Outlook does not work at all after the W10 upgrade. It comes up and then closes with the statement that there is a problem. Using the troubleshooting--FixIt-- offered, does not even acknowledge the request. Using other Troubleshooting tips says that the Outlook version is not valid. I have the MS generated product keys for the MS Office 2013 package that I upgraded with.

Please advise soonest.
