Outlook 2013 is not showing my colleague status if he/she is online in Lync 2013.

Outlook 2013 is not showing my colleague status if he/she is online in Lync 2013 because of which i am not able to chat with them directly from outlook 2013.

Kindly let me know how can i see their lync current status in outlook 2013 and start chatting with them directly from outlook 2013.

Set A is you and B is your colleague.

Please make sure that both of A & B are online in Lync and the logon account is same as the host.

Logon A's account in different machine and check if A can view B's lync status.

If this issue still persists. I suspect this is still integration problem between Outlook client and lync client. Thanks.
