Hi,

As per the information and details provided by you, please follow these steps to fix this issue: -

This issue is caused by installing one of the following updates that have been pushed out by Microsoft: KB2837618 or kb2837643

If you have not already done so, please avoid this update for a bit until Microsoft correct the issue.
You can also fix this issue by using steps: -

Hi Manju,

It could be somthing to do with the ISP of home Wifi.

Check if OWA works in home wifi.

Install Telnet and test "telnet mail.domain.com 443" on different Wifi's. You should get a blank screen.

Hi Manju,

According to your description, it seems that it is an issue related to your network, however, I also recommend you refer to the following methods to troubleshoot if Outlook and WIFI drivers cause the issue:

1. Try to re-create the outlook profile in home wifi

2. Try to update the wifi drivers to latest and connect outlook again.

Best regards,

Hi Manju,

What about telnet?

Try these and post the results.

Connection Status: To view established connections in Outlook
  1. Press the CTRL key and right-click the Outlook icon in the notification area.
  2. Select Connection Status.
  3. In the Exchange Server Connection Status window, you can view information about the current connections Outlook has established to the Exchange server.

Test E-mail AutoConfiguration, To run the test:

  1. While Outlook is running, hold down the CTRL key, right-click the Outlook icon in your system tray or notification area (lower right corner of computer screen), and then select Test E-mail AutoConfiguration.
  2. Enter your email address and password.

As Niko, suggested there could be issue with the outlook profile, sometimes there are issues with the Desktop Profile as well, try using a new desktop profile.

But issues seems to be more on the network side.

Hi All, It got to be windows update, again, it got resolved after updating the Office Application (Office 2013 Pro Plus) it got worked.

We also have users with  Office 365 Pro Plus where in it was working very fine. Because they get updates from internet directly.

Any how the issue resolved, but need to figure out which is the update resolved it :)
