Outlook 2013 forms - 1) saving to network, 2) printing, 3) exporting to excel

I created a custom form in Outlook 2013.

1.   I would like to save it to our network using the Save As function and save as a template but do not have any options one I select File/Save As. Please advise.

2.  Once the form is filled out and sent to the recipient, the recipient needs to be able to print the form with the data in it.  All we get when we print is the list of custom fields.  Please advise on how to accomplish what we need.

3.  Ultimately, it would be nice for the recipient to be able to export the data in the filled-out form into Excel.  Please advise if/how this is possible.

Many thanks!

Hi,

To save a custom form as a template to your network, we first need to publish the form to a library. Then, open the custom form from the library and click File > Save As, type or copy/paste the network path in the Address box, and then click Save.
