Outlook 2013 crashing / freezes no matter what

I have a single user in my company out of 120+ users that cannot use Outlook 2013, no matter what PC or what we do.

Hardware Acceleration is disabled,

Windows Aero disabled,

All MSCONFIG startup items removed,

Outlook /safe mode - opening the calendar still crashes Outlook,

Moved her mailbox to another mail database,

All drivers, Windows updates, firmware are at most recent version,

different PC same issue, issue follows the user and only this user,

This user can use Outlook 2010 without issue on the same PC Outlook 2013 freezes on,

I'm at a loss, I've tried everything, it seems like it's an Exchange / Mailbox issue, since it follows the user PC to PC, I've tried to run some maintenance on the mailbox, with no fix either... my last step, that I'm not looking forward to, is going to be to create a new mail-enabled AD objects for her, rename all her old stuff, and give her access to the old stuff from the new AD account.

Mailbox repair attempts:

New-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox user -CorruptionType ProvisionedFolder,SearchFolder,AggregateCounts,Folderview

Get-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox "User" | FL

Shows no corruption

Still no go

Any one have any other idea's before I go the drastic route?

We're running Exchange 2013 CU8

Hi,

As you mentioned the user tried to use Outlook on different PCs, I need to know whether the user logged on different PCs with her own profile or with others' profiles. I suggest the user try both(with her Windows Profile and with another's Profile), this will help determine if the problem is permission related.

I also want to have a look at the event logs, this may let us know some root causes for the crash issue:

Press Win + R, type "eventvwr" in the Run dialog, press Enter.

Expand Windows Logs -> Application, find the errors about the Outlook, and send the related messages to our email address:

Please add the url of this thread in the email for easy tracking.

you should try to uninstall that version on the user machine and try with the old version first then upgrade that
