Outlook 2013 contacts/calendar/tasks synch with Android

I need a solution that allows me to synch Outlook 2013 contacts/calendar/tasks with my Android phone.

I have AT&T web hosting ($20/mo) that provides IMAP email for my 3 users on my private domain. I don't really use the website. This was the only way I could set up email accounts 20 years ago. I recently contracted for Office 365 to get the Office Suite desktop apps at $9.95 (only one user using these apps). I'm using DejaOffice to synch contacts, calendar and tasks across Outlook 2013 and my Android phone. That's a pain.

I first investigated using Outlook.com but found it doesn't provide many of the capabilities of Outlook 2013 that I rely upon - things like contact groups, task notes and attachments, detailed fields like assistant-name, etc. This is a non-starter for me.

So, I'm investigating the use of hosted Exchange to accomplish my goals. However, I'm having trouble sorting out the available products and ways of making them work together.

Here's a possible solution:

2 monthly accounts of Office 365 Business Essentials, and;

1 monthly account of Office 365 Business Premium

As I understand it the Essentials would provide basic Exchange capability that could be accessed from Android, iPhone and Outlook.com. Exchange supports all the detailed capabilities of Outlook 2013. Android can synch calendars, contacts, etc with an Exchange Server. Is this true?

Premium would provide the same as Essentials plus the Office Suite - including Outlook 2013 and Outlook Anywhere (OA). So I could use Outlook 2013 on the desktop as I'm used to doing, the contact/calendar/task data would be automatically synchronized with the Exchange Server and therefore with the Android phone.

Are my assumptions correct? Will this configuration work?

I would appreciate any and all answers and advice.
