Dear all,

Recently, I've got some weird problems on outlook 2013 client.  I found out my sent items (that sent out successfully) were also found in my outbox.

 I also can tell the deliver options are "checked" Do not deliver before "Date" "Time" automatically.

But this options were never applied and this specific email item still stays in the outbox.

May I ask if anyone hit the same problem as mine?  If so, how could I solve this issue?

By "sent out successfully", do you mean the emails have been received by the recipients? Or, you mean that you thought the sent items had been sent out successfully but they were stuck in Outbox?

Does this issue happen with all emails you sent out or just certain ones?

Will these emails stuck in Outbox be sent out finally?

Please also check if you have any Outlook rules set to delay deliver an email message. To check this, go to Home tab > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts.

Please clarify above questions so that we can fix the issue more efficiently.

Yes, the recipients received the mail successfully.

Yes, every single email will be stored in sent items and outbox after being sent.

We found out the rule was activated like this, but user told me that he never did that on his own.

Is there any log from outlook 2013 itself that could help to solve such issue?  Thanks a lot!
