Outlook 2013 cancel meeting notification not receiving

I'm not receiving any email notification for cancelled meeting. Is there any settings that I'm not aware of it, however I believe it should be default behavior to provide email notification.

Hi,

According to your description, I understand that cannot receive cancelled meeting request.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not heistate to let me know.

I want confirm some points, please help collect answers for below question:
1. Which outlook account are your used, Exchange account?
2. How about other meeting invitees? How about OWA if you use Exchange account?
3. Can Outlook client receive any meeting updates? Do you have create any inbox rule to reject this type of message?

If this issue only occur on your client, please try to repair Outlook profile or re-create Outlook profile for testing.
If all account face this issue, please use message tracking log and protocol log to analyze deliver process, to find is there any rule or agent reject this request in your environment.
