Outlook 2013 autocomplete list not remembering personal contacts

Hello I have one user that is having issues with her outlook.

What happens is when you write an email and you type in the persons name from your contact list it should show a little auto complete windows down below the address box.

At first it was not remembering any names when outlook was closed and reopened. However the replacement of the Stream_Autocomplete_0_730043C95F546346BCFB90E4.dat file solved that.

However it will still not remember the names of anyone in your personal address book. It will pull names from the global list with no problems.

Things tried:

Changed the default address book from the global address book to the personal addressbook

deleted and recreated profile in mail32

Office repaired

office uninstall and re-install

Windows 7 reinstalled.

The computer is running windows 7 pro sp1 fully updated and joined to our domain. We have a hosted exchange account that outlook is connected to and everything is working there. It is only the autocomplete remembering that is not working.

Please help and let me know if there is anymore information you need.

I have used the following guides just to see if they had helped.

Hi,

We may try to delete or rename the whole RoamCache folder under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook to see the result. Since you are using an Exchange account, we first need to switch to online Exchange mode before deleting the RoamCache folder, and then switch back to cached Exchange mode after restarting Outlook. This step ensures the cache is cleared from the mailbox as well as the local OST file.
