Outlook 2013 and username password prompt for authenticating to exchange on Windows 10 is missing

I've recently upgraded to Windows 10 from 8.1 and my outlook isn't working properly.  I use outlook to connect to my corporate Exchange server and my pc is not on the domain.  I was prompted for username and password on Windows 8.1 when I launch Outlook 2013 but since the upgrade to Windows 10, I don't have that option.  It opens a windows security windows with connecting to xxx@xxx.com and stays there.  Never prompting me for a username and password.   Hope someone can guide me in the right direction in getting this resolved.

Here is the screenshot:

So basically I hit the "type exchange password and connect"  I get the connecting and there isn't a location on the prompt to type in my username and password

I would have to concur with you Sean.  After using Windows 10 a bit more I am getting the same thing for everything that requires a username password.  I'm not getting that ability.

Since this issue happens with everything that requires a username password, it's more likely a Windows 10 related issue. I'd recommend you post a new question to the forum for Windows 10 to get further assistance:
