Hello
I have to synchronize contacts business contact manager with a public folder to allow the view of my boss (my boss uses outolook for mac and already sees the folder ) .
The contacts in the public folder ( called BCM ) already existed for some time ( bcm use the 2007 version ) . Finding convenient sync function I turned on version 2013. Result : the first time it worked but has duplicated all contacts . So I deleted them from the public folder and I tried again but since then I have always the same error : Object reference not set to an istance of an object .
Can anyone tell me what could be the problem ?
BCM is installed on windows server 2012 R2 standard 64-bit Office .
