Outlook 2013 adds greater than sign when replying or forwarding.

Hello,

I have a customer running SBS 2010.  There are 10 users and they all were upgraded to Office 2013 a year ago from 2010. About a month ago I had two users who said that when they reply to a certain few emails it sends it in clear Text. Even though the original was in HTML and their setting are set to use HTML.  Below is what the replied emails look like only without spaces.  Any idea what may be happening?  Other users don't have this issue.

Thanks,  Brian

Hi,

Please let the affected users reply the emails from OWA/Webmail, does the issue persist?

This issue may be caused by add-ins, please let the affected users start Outlook in Safe Mode:

Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /safe" in the blank box, press Enter.

Then Outlook will start in Safe Mode, reply and then check if the problem persists. If no, please disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which one caused the issue.
