I gone through the forums and couldn't find a solution to this problem as follows:

Problem

An user send a meeting invite from Lotus Notes 7 on behalf of her boss to mutliple recipients and recipients replies to the meeting invite, the acceptance or rejection status goes to the user, not her boss. I have tested a couple of times of simulation, the reply of meeting invites goes to the simulated boss.

I would like to know is there any rectifications for this problem or is there any configurations that needs to be done?

How did the boss set the following delegate options?

Please make sure it's not set to the second option: My delegates only. You can set it to the first or third option.
