Hi

      I have a user that every time she bring up a template to use to email in Outlook 2013 , it come up in design mode. Any idea why that is happening?

Does it open correctly for other users?  Is this the only template that is affected?

All of the templates are affected. Some one was trying to troubleshoot something and I believe they did something out of their knowledge and hosed all the templates.

Is there macro code in the form? If there is an error in the code, it could cause this.
