Outlook 2013 Quick Steps Functions are not working
If I select a Quick Step to edit or try to create a new custom one, Outlook 2013 quits responding and I have to restart it.  Is this a known bug?

Hi,

Does Outlook quit responding upon clicking Edit button or New button in the Manage Quick Steps dialog?

We may try to back up the Quick Steps first and then reset your quick steps to the default settings to see the result.

To back up your Quick Steps, you will need to use the MFCMAPI tool. See:

To reset your quick steps, click the down arrow button in Quick Steps group and click Manage Quick Steps. Then, click Reset to Default button to check the result.

Steve, thanks.  I have them working now.  Office 365 has sync'd all of my Quick Steps successfully.
