Hi,

I am using office 365 service and I have setup the Outlook 2013. When I from folder to folder in Ooutlook it show loading message again and again but some time it able to see all the email. But out of sudden, viewing folder to folder it keep loading again. 

Any idea?

I tried to recreate the outlook profile, repair the Office , flash dns but still same issues.

Hi,

This issue happens with the Exchange online account configured in Outlook 2013, correct? If this is the case, do you have the cached Exchange mode disabled in your Outlook? In this case, if you have multiple items in your Outlook folders and when you switch between folders, it will try loading emails from the server. To increase the performance, We may try to enable cached Exchange mode and then check if this issue continues.

Hi All,

I have resolve this problem by myself, It is user profile as the Outlook always not close properly. I recreate the user profile and tested good.
