Outlook 2013 Junk Filter Setup
I took me a while to figure out that Outlook 2013 uses a completely different set of junk mail parameters for EACH email account you have set up. If you click the Junk dropdown with no message open, you are seeing the parameters for your DEFAULT email account only.To access the parameter set for a different email account, open an email message that was sent to that account and then click the "Junk" dropdown in the upper left corner of the ribbon bar. While this can be a useful "feature" it's also a pain in the neck if you typically use multiple email addresses (I have 9 accounts set up in my Outlook 2013). It would be handy to be able to be able to set the Blocked Top-Level Domain List for ALL accounts at one time and then "fine tune" it for each account, if necessary. The same is true for the Blocked Senders list. Clicking this option should prompt for (1) This account only or (2) All accounts. Does anyone know where to access the Junk Filter parameters? Registry? Config file?

You can read more about the Junk Email filters in Outlook 2013 in the Configure junk email settings in Outlook 2013 article.

Anyway, I'd suggest asking non-programming questions on the Outlook IT Pro Discussions or Microsoft Community forums instead.

On the low level, Junk Mail settings are stored either in the registry in the account profile data or (in case of Exchange mailbox) as a rule (stored as a hidden message in the Inbox folder).

Outlook Object Model does not provide any means to manipulate the Junk Mail settings. If using Redemption is an option, it exposes the settings through the RDOJunkMailOptions object, returned either by the RDOAccount, RDOSession, or RDOExchangeMailBoxStore objects.

I believe it is not a programming question. There is no need to advertise Redemption :)

That is something for the original poster to decide.

Of course, but everybody expects to get the answer where exactly Junk Email settings are stored in the windows registry. But not what classes Redemption provides for that.
