To whom it may concern,

In my Outlook 2013 app, I can not see the Inbox reading pane, nor the emails in my inbox - they are simply not visible. And when you go to the ribbon, and click on VIEW, the reading pane option in Layout is greyed-out/not available. 

How do I make it available again? Could you help me please? I do not like having to  use my browser to view my emails all the time.

Hi,

Are you running Outlook 2013 client on a workstation or from a mobile device? If it's from a workstation try running in the run command and type outlook /resetfolders.
