Outlook 2013 IMAP not syncing

Hi,

We have two computers sharing the same email address using IMAP.  When using Outlook 2010 both accounts were working perfectly.  Having installed Outlook 2013 on both computers one is working fine and the other is not syncing email properly.  Outlook only seems to be syncing emails we received between June and July last year.  New emails are not appearing.

In an attempt to fix the problem I have already:

- Deleted the mail account and re-added it (checking all settings carefully).

- Deleted the mail profile and re-added it through Control Panel.

- Adjusted the 'mail to keep offline' slider.  This was originally set at 'ALL' but I have now changed to '1 Month' which temporarily fixes the problem.  If it is adjusted to any other setting it reverts to only displaying email received between June and July last year.

Other info: My mail host is rackspace.

Any help would be most appreciated as this is starting to drive me crazy.

Look at the Sync Issues folder - do you see any errors in it when you see the above issue? If yes, share it with us. Apart from this, try disabling your AV/firewall and see whether you can repro the issue in Outlook safe mode or not (Outlook.exe /safe). Also check with your provider and see any specific setting is needed when you use Outlook 2013?

Tried that and it's still not syncing. It downloads  10 messages then stalls. Still in October 2013...
